Saratoga-Capital District Regional Commisioner of State Parks, John "Jack" McEneny explains to the audience some of park's history and back story.

Mr. McEneny holds a framed proclomation of the New York State Legislature, signed by Patricia Fahy, New York State Assembly member representing District 109.

The proclomation honors all those that have made the Thacher Park the great place that it is today.
